I am making good progress in the asset development now that the workflow has been established. This week I added piping inside the walled section of the Atrium level and created the wall lighting system in the shipyard section of the same map. Work on the client includes a placeholder splash screen, intro screen and controls screen along with work on the way the HUD is organized and displayed. Also this week was the development of the second AI opponent "the Tri-LaD", which
Deidra is starting to shape up quite nicely now. Art style and asset workflows are in place and work on the state machine has begun, including coding for persistent values for health and power items that are inherited between levels and player death. The first of the AI weapons are now functioning and game play elements are now being developed in level.
