Deidra moves to version Alpha .32


Work on the first four levels of Deidra is steadily progressing and meeting all internal mileposts. It is on track to release another public demo in Mid February. In addition to some bug fixes, work on the HUD and game mechanics continue.

Each level has HUMANS which are being held in suspended animation that Deidra must find and save in order to unlock new areas in the level and eventually find the transport beam to the next level. The HUD displays the HUMAN status as well as that element of the level goal. The DOOR LOCK status is also displayed on the HUD display.

The levels themselves have also been refined including geometry, textures, game play and props.
